Frequently asked questions

Which holder thickness do I need?

That depends on your card: 35pt for standard cards (0.89 mm), 75pt for thicker cards (1.90 mm) and 130pt for very thick cards, for example with a patch (3.30 mm). You choose the thickness for each frame via the version.

Can I mix different thicknesses?

Yes. Choose the version Mixed and tell us how many holders of each thickness you want.

How do I mount the frame?

You screw the frame to the wall through the pre-drilled holes in the slots. Then you click in the holders, which cover the holes.

Does the frame work in landscape too?

Yes. Every frame can also be hung in landscape, for example for landscape cards. A 5 × 2 then becomes a 2 × 5.

How do I swap a card?

Pull the holder out of the slot, swap the card, click the holder back in. The magnets in the frame hold it securely in place.

How fast will I get my frame?

Formats marked ready to ship ship within 1 to 3 business days. We make all other formats in our workshop after you order, the delivery time is shown on each product.

What are the frames made of?

Through-dyed black MDF with a matte finish, milled in our own CNC workshop in Germany. Because the material is dyed all the way through, edges and milled surfaces stay black too. The magnets are set directly into the frame.
