Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between ready to ship and custom formation?

The standard line-up is in stock and ships within 1 to 3 business days. We mill the custom formation to your line-up in our workshop, which takes 1 to 2 weeks. Material, size and holders are the same for both.

Which formations can I set up?

In the configurator you start with one of ten formations, for example 4-4-2, 4-3-3 or 3-5-2. Then you move the slots to where your players should stand. In “Symmetric” mode, pairs such as the centre-backs move together, in “Free” mode you move each slot on its own. At least 3 mm of material must remain between two slots so the frame stays stable. If it gets too tight, the configurator shows you right away.

Which holder thickness do I need?

That depends on your card: 35pt for standard cards, 75pt for thicker cards and 130pt for very thick cards, for example with a patch. With the version Mixed you mix thicknesses and tell us how many holders of each you want.

How do I hang the frame?

You screw the frame to the wall through four pre-drilled holes. The holes sit in slots, and the clicked-in holders cover them. For the custom formation, we place the four mounting points to suit your line-up.

How do I swap a player?

Pull the holder out of the slot, swap the card, click the holder back in. The magnets in the frame hold it securely in place.

What is the frame made of?

Through-dyed black MDF with a matte finish, milled in our own CNC workshop in Germany. We set the magnets by hand. Because the material is dyed all the way through, edges and milled surfaces stay black too.
